Dietary requirements

Vegetarians and most essential medical dietary needs can be catered for if this is advised at the time of booking. e.g. Vegetarian, Vegan, Diabetic, Coeliac. You are welcome to contact us in advance if you wish to discuss a particular medical dietary requirement and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that, due to Health & Safety legislation, we cannot allow any food to be brought onto the premises for re-heating and consumption.

All rooms are on the ground and first floor (reached via stairs). There is a ground floor twin room with accessible en-suite facilities. All other rooms on the ground floor are easily accessible. Please contact us prior to booking to check that we are able to meet your needs satisfactorily.

Payment

Cost alone should not prevent anyone from attending our events. Please contact the Bookings Secretary, in complete confidence, should you wish to discuss any financial difficulties that you may have or to apply for a bursary (please apply in writing, explaining your circumstances).
