There are a small number of monastery guest rooms, within the Monastery, available for male guests who wish to come on retreat to share in the liturgical and community life of the monks.Worth-Abbey-5__450px

This facility is not run by The Open Cloister, but by the monastery Guest Master.  Meals are taken with the monks in the Monastery refectory, in silence, with reading.  The monastic day centres around the rhythm of the Divine Office and daily Mass.

If you would like to stay in the monastery guest facilities please contact the Guest Master on guestmaster@worth.org.uk and tell him something about yourself and your circumstances and any connection you may already have with Worth Abbey. There is no fixed charge for staying in the monastery guest rooms. Donations of £20-£70 are invited, depending on personal circumstances. Payments can be made by cash, cheque, debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

You are  welcome to visit Worth Abbey Church.  The Church is always open for private prayer, or you can join the Community for the Divine Office or Holy Mass (see below for times).  This timetable can change see Church website.
